Jenna is a former college athlete who loves helping adults move better for life and longevity build strength, and return to sport.

She’s passionate about guiding busy working adults toward a healthy, balanced lifestyle and supporting them in creating lasting, habit-forming behaviors that truly stick.

I’ve been training with Jenna since 2018, and she’s been a huge part of my fitness journey. Early on, our sessions helped me build strength and confidence with gym equipment. Since 2021, we’ve trained consistently 1–2 times per week, and I’ve seen real progress—feeling stronger, more comfortable lifting weights, and noticing positive changes in my body and how my clothes fit and how I look and feel. Jenna has always adapted my training plan to match my goals and energy level. From building muscle and strength, to training for running my first marathon this past spring. Her strength and mobility programming made a huge difference—I exceeded my time goal and felt great after the race. She is currently teaching me how to improve my agility, coordination, and how to play tennis! What I value most is how Jenna pushes me to lift heavier with proper form and equipment, which I likely wouldn’t do on my own. She keeps me accountable and injury-free, and our sessions go beyond workouts—we often talk about overall health, nutrition, and sometimes even have “therapy” chats. Jenna is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, supportive, and truly cares about me and her other clients. I can’t recommend her enough as a trainer, and have even referred my mom to her as a client!
